Start with a small pack and make the colour work in your own base. Record the dose, base weight, acidity, heat exposure, timing, and final shade once the trial lands.
Keep the COA and batch details with the recipe note. That is what turns a good first batch into a repeatable drink, dessert, glaze, or product run.
When the blue becomes a regular item, move into volume quoting with the application, expected monthly quantity, pack format, destination, and document needs already clear.
